Sometimes good has to be good enough

When you have deadlines, the work has to get done. Even if it isn’t perfect.

And even if good enough isn’t good enough, sometimes you have to swallow hard and hit the send, print or publish button.

Perfection isn’t possible. Completion is.

I once heard some really smart advice about perfection from the guys at Internet Business Mastery. They teach their students to focus on “progress, not perfection.” And they get things done. Lots of things.

Instead of always striving for perfection, Dan Sullivan (strategiccoach.com) recommends getting to 80% as quickly as possible and inviting others to help you finish.

Onward.
