Today is Thanksgiving in the United States.
While it means different things to different people, the common thread is remembering what makes us thankful.
Is it money? A new car? A job? Family? It might be all of those things, and more, but that’s not what consumes my mind today.
I am thankful for freedom. Specifically, the freedom to write these words and share them with the world.
Having the freedom to write and share is different than actually writing and sharing. If I don’t exercise my freedom, am I really free?
Freedom means nothing if I don’t use it.
